The 18th Inter-Academia Conference was held in Budapest & Balatonfüred, (HUNGARY） for 4 days from 4 to 7 September 2019. A total of 51 people from 9 countries gathered. From Shizuoka University, Masakazu Kimura (Trustee, Vice-President), Professor Kazuhiko Hara (Dean of Doctoral graduate school), Professor Hidenori Mimura (Director of the Research Institute of Electronics) and 25 faculty, staff and graduate school students took part. 31 oral and poster presentation were delivered throughout the 4 days. 10 graduate students gave short presentation.
